Rentiigo Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Rentiigo, we strive to provide seamless home and care services. However, we understand that plans change. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for our services, including Care (Nanny, Elder, Home, Kitchen), Logistics (School Pickup/Drop), and Maintenance (Electrician, Plumber).
1. Vendor Availability Guarantee
We value your time. If we are unable to assign a verified partner/creator to your requested booking:

IF A VENDOR IS NOT AVAILABLE, WE REFUND WITHIN 12 HOURS WITHOUT ANY DEDUCTION.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is made relative to the scheduled service time:

More than 4 hours before service: Full refund to the original payment method or Rentiigo wallet.

Within 2–4 hours of service: A nominal “Cancellation Fee” may be deducted to compensate the partner for their travel or lost slot.

Within 2 hours or after arrival: No refund will be issued if the partner has already reached the location.
3. Service-Specific Policies
Given the nature of “Human-as-a-Service,” specific rules apply to different categories:

Maintenance (Electrician/Plumber): If the technician arrives but the work cannot be completed due to lack of materials (not provided by the customer), the visiting charges are non-refundable.

Care Services (Nanny/Elder/Home/Kitchen): For recurring subscriptions, refunds for unused days are calculated pro-rata, excluding a 10% administrative fee.

School Pickup/Drop: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to ensure the route is adjusted. Same-day cancellations for pickup services are non-refundable.
4. Quality Concerns & Redos
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service provided:

Reporting: Please report the issue via the Rentiigo app within 24 hours of service completion.

Resolution: We will first offer a “Service Redo” at no extra cost.

Refunds: If a redo is not possible or the service was fundamentally flawed, a partial or full refund will be processed following an internal investigation.
5. Refund Timeline

Failed Assignments: Processed within 12 Hours.

Standard Cancellations: Processed within 1 – 2 business days (depending on your bank).

Wallet Refunds: Credits are usually reflected instantly.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please go to the ‘My Bookings’ section in the Rentiigo app, select the specific service, and click on “Request Refund” or contact our support team at support@rentiigo.com.
